CHRISTMAS BUFFET LUNCH 2012

ANTIPASTO MISTO

(Will be served on platters on the table)

Olive ascolane (de-piped olives filled with savory mince crumbed and deep fried) (v).
Calzone (pizza parcels folded and filled with fresh mozzarella cheese and gypsy ham).
Supplì (Italian rice balls, crumbed and deep fried).
Italian Bruschetta topped with artichokes and roasted peppers (v).
Slices of Grilled aubergines rolled in taleggio cheese and smoked ostrich.
A selection of imported Italian cold meats served with sweet melon.
Our traditional Italian style pizza rustica.
Marinated red and yellow peppers.
Giardiniera-Sotto aceti pickled vegetables under vinegar.

PASTA

Spinach and ricotta cannelloni - Fresh home-made Pasta filled with Spinach & Ricotta Cheese tossed with a napoletana sauce and fresh basil.

MAINS

Scaloppine di vitello al marsala - Veal scallops in a Marsala wine sauce finished off with mushrooms.

DESSERTS

Zuccotto
Berry tiramisu
Coffee panna cotta
Fresh fruit salad
White and dark chocolate mousse Duo.

NEW YEAR’S EVE MENU

ANTIPASTO MISTO (PLATTERS PER TABLE)
A selection of imported cold meats roasted and marinated vegetables and Caprese salad, fresh smoked salmon on a bed of wild rocket all served with our traditional Italian breads and Pizza Fiorini.

RAVIOLI DI CARNE ALLA NAPOLETANA
Meat ravioli served with a napoletana sauce and finished off with a hint of fresh basil.

FILETTO ALLA GIULIA
Grilled beef fillet medallions resting on a potato rosti topped with a black mushroom and roasted vegetables draped with a porcini sauce.

DOLCE
A selection of fine Italian desserts on a plate consisting of a berry tiramisu, a fine dark chocolate mousse and an Amarula panna cotta.

Followed at midnight by Lambrusco and Panettone.
And an Italian Breakfast - Spaghetti Aglio e Olio @ 2am.
